Benjamin is a true Seattle-ite, born and raised. When he was a teen, he watched a Life of Christ performance and realized what Jesus had gone through for him. He knew then that he wanted to give his life to Christ. Ben attended Central Christian College of the Bible. He married his wife Angela in 2006, and their son Oliver was born in 2018.

He loves the water, fishing, and boating. Perhaps his fond memories of camping at Banks Lake had a part in cultivating these leisure-time activities. Some of Ben’s favorites are Snickers bars,  Rend Collective worship band (from Ireland), The Lord of the Rings movies, and eating at Duke’s Restaurant. If Ben has a chance to get away, you may find him heading to Victoria, BC.

His favorite book of the Bible is Hebrews, a book that gives a call for Christians to endure in their faith. Ben’s passion to share and show God’s love by helping is one of his qualifications to be a deacon. His faithfulness on his Christian journey is another. Ben began attending Christ’s Church is 2021 and began serving as a deacon in 2024.
