Connie Hoover was born in Canby, Minnesota, but moved to Seattle at the age of two, growing up in West Seattle with her parents and three sisters. She had a wonderful childhood filled with church activities, where she accepted the Lord at age seven and was baptized in high school. Connie attended Corban University. She met her husband, Mac, at their home church, where they married and where he later pastored for 20 years. They have been blessed with four sons, four daughters-in-law, and twelve grandchildren. Since joining Christ’s Church in 2004, Connie has been actively involved in hospitality, outreach, events, and facilities, serving in areas like The Loop Kiosk and community outreach. She enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with family, especially on camping trips and Thanksgiving getaways. A favorite Pacific Northwest destination of hers is Cannon Beach.
