Place of birth: I was born in Canby, Minnesota. My family moved to Seattle when I was 2 years old. I grew up in West Seattle with my parents and 3 sisters. I had a wonderful childhood that included regularly attending church and large family gatherings. I attended Sunday School, Church and Vacation Bible School in my early years and as a result I heard the message of salvation. One night at the age of 7, recognizing my need for a Savior I accepted the Lard at home. I enjoyed all church activities and serving wherever I could serve. I followed the Lord in baptism during high school.

Position at church: Events, Hospitality, Outreach & Facilities

Spouse: Mac Hoover. I meet my husband, Mac at our home church. We were married in the same church and later he would Pastor there for 20 years.

Children & Spouses of Children: We have four wonderful sons, four beautiful daughter-in- laws, 6 amazing granddaughters and 6 delightful grandsons. The Lord has truly blessed us!

Education  (if applicable): I attended Corban University

Year Started Attending CCFW: We begin attending Christ's Church in September 2004. I love serving here!

Ministry Involvement: You will find me involved with The Loop Kiosk, Hospitality, Community Outreach and Events.

Hobbies/Interests: I enjoy traveling, gardening and spending time with family. I love the Oregon coast. I love camping with the family every July and our Thanksgiving Getaways and any place else the family wants to go.
