Born in the city of Astrakhan, Russia, Dima Glazko has always had a heart for adventure, family, and faith. He made the Pacific Northwest home and began his journey at CCFW in 2011.

Dima is married to Arina Glazko, his best friend and partner since their wedding in 2013. Together, they’ve built a beautiful family with four children: Emily (born 2014), Oliver (born 2015), Liam (born 2019), and Theodore (born 2022). 

Dima’s relationship with Christ is the cornerstone of his life. Although he grew up in church, he struggled to find purpose, often distracted by worldly desires. At the age of 19, everything changed. Dima experienced a profound encounter with Christ, committed his life to faith, and was baptized that summer. Since then, he has dedicated himself to serving the kingdom wherever he’s called. Dima’s calling is clear: to be the hands and feet of Jesus in every aspect of his life.

In his free time, Dima enjoys golfing on Saturday mornings, hosting fun-filled family game nights, and rekindling childhood memories through duck and goose hunting. Surprisingly, keeping a clean home is one of his favorite activities!

Dima feels sadness when people have the truth right in front of them but choose otherwise, while his greatest joy comes from witnessing people being set free by the truth. In a lighthearted way, he admits that people sometimes frustrate him.

Dima loves burgers, pizza, beef jerky, and sugar-free Red Bull. He enjoys Christian rap music, as well as movies like Fast and Furious, 300, and the Bourne series. When it comes to TV, crime and medical dramas are his go-to shows. While he prefers playing sports over watching them, he finds joy in spending time by the water and indulging in a meal at Dick’s Burgers.

Weekend family trips to Seattle hold a special place in Dima’s heart, filled with love, laughter, and connection.
