Jennifer was born in Florida and moved to Washington when she was in high school. She is married to Richard who she met in the Husky Band at UW where he played trombone and she played tenor sax. They have 3 children. 

She decided to follow Christ when she was 7 when she realized she was a sinner needing a Savior. She has continued to learn that she still desperately needs Jesus. She started attending Christ’s Church in 1997 and enjoys serving as a women’s Bible study leader, nursery helper, and Kids Town Camp volunteer. She loves meeting new people at church and hearing their stories. Her favorite book is Trusting God by Jerry Bridges. 

Jennifer enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her husband, trying new recipes in the kitchen, puzzles with her kids, and game nights with family.

Her favorite childhood memory is camping at Disney World where they would ride bikes until dark and watch movies under the stars with Chip and Dale. 

Her favorite Pacific Northwest getaway is camping at Washington and Oregon state parks.
