Steve Mangle
Children’s Pastor
Steve Mangle was born in Oakland, California. He began ministry at Christ’s Church in 1996 and met his wife, Carrie, at the church. They were married the following year. They have four children: Aubrey, Austin, Alister, and Aria. Steve attended Corban University (then called Western Baptist Bible College).
His ministry passion is that children and parents grow in the grace and knowledge of their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Sunday ministry and each planned event are designed for children to grow in their faith and loving obedience to Jesus, so that many of their friends will come to know Jesus personally.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys being at home doing most things including home improvement. Golfing and spending time at the lake with grandparents are two favorite activities.
Recent books read are Joni: An Unforgettable Story and Kids Ministry That Nourishes. A couple favorite movies are Ratatouille and the Rocky Balboa series (which are most enjoyable with family 😊).
