• Family Info: I married my husband, Jason, on July 8, 2000. Children: Andrew (2003), Sharon (2004), Amanda (2006), Luke (2007), Sophie(2010)

• Education: Graduated from Federal Way High School in 1994. Graduated from Emmaus Bible College in Dubuque, IA, with my Bachelors of Science in Biblical Studies in 1998.

Personal Testimony: “When I was little, I didn't really understand what it meant to be saved. I just knew it was something I needed to do so I wouldn't go to hell. So every time I did something wrong, I would pray to be saved. It wasn't until I went to Lakeside Bible Camp for the first time in 6th grade that I heard the gospel message clearly and asked Jesus to save me from my sins and be my Lord and Savior.”

Ministry Passion: I love working with children. By working with children on Sundays, I’m serving their parents by allowing them to go to service knowing that their children are in good hands.

Hobbies, Leisure Time activities: I love to read, take pictures, paint rocks, and go on adventures with my family.

Kodak Moment: Going to a zoo in Japan and coaxing a monkey to sit on my shoulder with Andrew's pacifier while he was crying because the monkey had taken his pacifier and we wouldn't give it back to him.

What makes you sad, glad, mad?

• Sad: Missing my parents who both died from lung cancer

• Glad: Being out in God's creation, listening to birds sing, walking on the beach

Favorites:

• BOOK(s): I have too many to pick just one. But I love Christian fiction suspense books.

• Book of the Bible: Philippians

• Childhood Memory: Driving to Disneyland with my family. I remember that we were in a Buick and my three sisters were squished in the back seat, and I was in the front seat between my parents. We had a portable air conditioner that used ice and I got to sit right in front of it. I don't remember much about Disneyland but I do remember that on the drive home, I was happy to sit in front of the air conditioner playing with my new Disney toys and being nice and cool.

• Food/Snack/Beverage: I love chocolate, fruit, La Croix, fondue, have a big sweet tooth.

• Music/Musician: Worship music, oldies

• Movie(s): Sweet Home Alabama, Pirates of the Caribbean, Marvel Movies

• TV Show: NCIS

• Sport/Sports Team(s): I don't really like sports, but I guess I would say any Seattle sports team
