Tyler was born in Tacoma, Washington, and is finishing up his Bachelor’s degree in Digital Cinematography at Full Sail University.

He had a relationship with Christ from the young age of 5 years old and was baptized at the age of 16. Since then, he has been learning more about what it means to love God and become more like His Son on a daily basis.

Tyler has been attending Christ’s Church since 2001, became a member in 2018 and started working at the church in 2016. He loves using the avenues of visual media, like video production, to support ministries and help communicate the gospel in a unique and impactful way.  

In his spare time, he says, “I love anything behind a camera and spending time shooting and editing my own projects. Besides that, I’m a very extroverted person and love just spending time with friends when I have the chance.” Tyler’s favorite childhood memory is making weird, funny videos as a kid with his parents’ Flip camcorder. His favorite Pacific Northwest getaway would be a fancy hotel in Seattle or Bellevue because he loves the city life.
