Joshua’s Farewell (Joshua 23,24)

Read & Discuss

In recent months, who is a person who has shown your family love and care? Maybe through a gift, or with their time on a project, or words that were kind? When we remember the ways others have shown love to us, it naturally makes our love for them grow. At the end of his life, Joshua recalled the ways God showed love to him and the Israelites, and he reminded the people, even giving them details. God is worthy of worship and obedience and Joshua urged the people to live that way. Jesus is worthy of our worship because He saves those who trust in Him, takes our sins onto Himself, and gives eternal life to those who believe. Remember how Jesus has shown you His love!
