Take the Global Missions Quiz
We are hosting 8 of our 9 International Missionaries this coming weekend for our International Missions Conference. In light of this, I thought it would be fun to test our awareness with a quiz about missions and the global mission field.

A Word to our Young Adults
The following is not shared to judge or offend anyone, but rather to help us all (as the church) to understand some of the ways culture is leading our young adults in the wrong direction and to pray and encourage their pursuit of God’s plan.
On February 5th, Dr. Al Mohler spoke these words on his daily podcast (The Briefing) in light of a Wall Street Journal article on why Young Adults are not growing up: “They’re not moving into adulthood. They’re not achieving the usual markers of Adulthood. These young people are not not getting married and they’re not not becoming parents and they’re not not buying homes because they can’t. It’s because they’re making other choices. It’s because they have other priorities in life.


Spiritual Sleep Disorder?
Driving into work on Friday, I heard a talk show host talk about his struggles with sleeping. He shared some alarming statistics and then immediately my mind jumped straight to Romans 13:11–14. Before you look it up, take note of what various researchers are discovering out about the sleep problems many Americans endure:


God’s Will. How Can I Discover It?
One of the questions that pastors are often asked in ministry is “how do I discover God’s will for my life?" Whether it is seeking God’s will about a job, a future career, a location move, future education, or any other important decision in life, believers want to know how to discern God’s will on a matter.
I was recently alerted to read an excellent and free 29-page mini book on God’s Will and Making Decisions by Andrew David Naselli. It addresses the various ways Christians have sought to find God’s will and then offers some very sound biblical wisdom on finding God’s will. The chapters address the following:
